About Nexx Phase

Nexx Phase LLC is a Level 3 Mental Health Residential facility with 24-hour supervision; using a transitional living approach to help struggling youth grow and accomplish their goals. The program aims to provide them with an effective customized treatment plan for mental health and behavioral diagnosis.
